Column K: Total Completed Habits Today Formula: =COUNTIF(C2:J2,TRUE)

Analytics & Dashboard Sheet

This sheet visualizes your progress and offers insights into habit consistency.

B1: Total Habits Set Up =COUNTA(Habits!B2:B10)
B2: Average Daily Completion Rate Formula: =AVERAGE('Monthly Tracker'!K2:K31) (for 30-day month)
B3: Best Day (Highest Habits Completed) =INDEX('Monthly Tracker'!A:A,MATCH(MAX('Monthly Tracker'!K2:K31),'Monthly Tracker'!K2:K31,0))
B4: Worst Day (Lowest Habits Completed) =INDEX('Monthly Tracker'!A:A,MATCH(MIN('Monthly Tracker'!K2:K31),'Monthly Tracker'!K2:K31,0))

Formulas Required

  • Daily Completion Count: =COUNTIF(C2:J2,TRUE)
  • Weekly Average: =AVERAGE(K2:K7), for each week (e.g., Weeks 1–4)
  • Monthly Completion Rate: =SUM('Monthly Tracker'!K2:K31)/COUNT('Monthly Tracker'!K2:K31)
  • Habit Success Rate (per habit): For each habit, use =COUNTIF(C:C,TRUE)/COUNT(C:C) to get percentage completed.
  • Date Auto-generation: In the "Monthly Tracker" sheet, start with a date in cell A2 and fill down using: =A2+1.

Conditional Formatting

To enhance visual feedback, apply the following conditional formatting rules:

  • High Completion Days: Highlight days with 5+ habits completed in green (using formula: =K2>=5)
  • Low Completion Days: Mark days with 1 or fewer habits completed in red (=K2<=1)
  • Habit Status: Use a color scale for each habit column (e.g., green for ✅, gray for empty)
  • Weekends: Apply bold and different background color to weekends using: =WEEKDAY(A2,2)>5
