Habit Tracker (Main Log) - Table Structure:
This sheet serves as the central logging area. The data is structured in a chronological daily format with the following columns:

Daily Progress Overview - Table Structure:
This sheet aggregates daily performance from the main log. It includes:

- Average Daily Completion Rate: =AVERAGE(Daily Progress Overview!D:D)
- Total Habits Completed: =COUNTIF('Habit Tracker'!C:C, "✅")
- BEST Performing Habit: Use INDEX(MATCH) to find the habit with max completion count from a pivot table or summarized data.
- Daily Completion Rate (in Daily Progress Overview): =IF(Attempted=0, 0, Completed/Attempted)
- Count of Habits per Day: =COUNTIF('Habit Tracker'!A:A, "Today's Date")
Conditional Formatting Rules
- Status Column (✅/❌): Color-coded—Green for ✅, Red for ❌.
- Daily Completion Rate:
- ≥ 80% → Light Green
- 60–79% → Yellow
- < 60% → Light Red
- Mood Rating:
- 5 → Dark Green
- 4 → Light Green
- 3 → Yellow
- 2 → Orange
- 1 → Red
- Daily Progress Overview: Highlight entire row if completion rate is above average.
User Instructions
- Set Up the Month: Open the template and enter the month and year in the designated cells (e.g., "January 2025"). The date column will auto-populate.
- Add Habits: In the "Habit Tracker" sheet, list your 5–10 habits under the 'Habit Name' column. Ensure each habit is specific, measurable, and attainable.
- Log Daily: At the end of each day (or during a nightly routine), go to the "Habit Tracker" sheet and mark ✅ or ❌ for each habit based on completion. Optionally record time spent and mood.
- Analyze Weekly: Use the "Monthly Dashboard & Insights" sheet to review trends weekly—look for patterns in mood, time usage, and success rates.
- Adjust & Improve: At month’s end, identify your best and worst habits. Modify goals for the next month accordingly.
