Conditional Formatting Rules

  • Status Column (✅/❌): Color-coded—Green for ✅, Red for ❌.
  • Daily Completion Rate:
    • ≥ 80% → Light Green
    • 60–79% → Yellow
    • < 60% → Light Red
  • Mood Rating:
    • 5 → Dark Green
    • 4 → Light Green
    • 3 → Yellow
    • 2 → Orange
    • 1 → Red
  • Daily Progress Overview: Highlight entire row if completion rate is above average.

User Instructions
