- Date (Column A): Data type: Date. Auto-populated with calendar dates for the selected month.
- Habit Name (Column B to Column G): Data type: Text. User-defined habits such as "Drink 8 Glasses of Water" or "Exercise for 30 Minutes."
- Status (Columns C onwards): Data type: Text or Boolean. Entries include "X" for completed, blank/• for skipped.
