  • Auto-fill Date Column: Use the formula: =DATE(Year, Month, Day) + ROW()-ROW($A$2) to generate sequential dates.

  • Conditional Highlighting Logic: Formulas embedded in conditional formatting rules (see below).

Conditional Formatting Rules

  • Habit Status: If “Status” = Yes → Green fill; if “No” → Red fill with bold text.

User Instructions
