Sheet Names

Data Types & Formulas

• Date Field (Habit Tracker / Inventory Log): Data type = Date. Use formula: =TODAY() to auto-populate today's date.
• Habit Completion Status: Use drop-down list with values “Done” and “Incomplete”. Formula in Dashboard for streak count: =IFERROR(COUNTIFS(HabitTracker!B:B, TODAY(), HabitTracker!C:C, "Done"), 0)
• Current Stock (Inventory Log): Formula = Previous Total + Incoming Qty - Outgoing Qty. Example: =VLOOKUP(A2, 'Product Master List'!A:D, 4, FALSE) + E2 - F2

Conditional Formatting Rules

• Red-Green Streak Indicator (Dashboard): If the current habit streak is 7+ days, highlight in green; less than 3 days, red.
• Low Stock Items: Apply red fill to cells in "Current Stock" column if below Reorder Level.
• Habit Status: Color-code “Done” (green), “Incomplete” (red) in the Habit Tracker table.
• Daily Update Reminder: Highlight entire row in yellow if date is today and no habit marked as "Done".

Instructions for the User

1. Open the Excel template and save it with a unique name (e.g., “Warehouse_Habit_Dashboard_John.xlsx”).
2. On the first day of use, go to the “Habit Tracker” sheet and enter today’s date in column B.
3. For each habit you complete (e.g., daily stock count), select “Done” in column C.
4. Navigate to “Inventory Log” and record all incoming/outgoing items with accurate quantities.
5. The Dashboard automatically updates KPIs: total habits completed this week, current inventory value, low-stock alerts.
6. Review the “Notes & Calendar” sheet weekly to reflect on what improved your habit consistency or warehouse efficiency.
7. Use the charts to identify trends—e.g., if you consistently miss equipment checks on Fridays, adjust your schedule.
