Conditional formatting on Paid Status: green for "Paid", red for "Unpaid".
User Instructions
Open the Excel file and ensure macros are enabled (if any; this template is fully formula-based).
Add Clients: Enter new clients in the Client Directory. The Client ID auto-generates using a simple formula.
Schedule Services: In the Service Schedule, select a client from the dropdown list and enter service date and type. Use auto-fill to duplicate recurring services.
Track Billing: Enter invoice details in the Billing & Invoices sheet. Status updates are manual but can be automated with additional rules if desired.
Review Performance: Use the Performance Reviews sheet to log feedback quarterly or after every 5 services.
Analyze Data: Refer to the Dashboard & Reports, which uses pivot tables and charts for visual insights.
Edit Safely: Avoid deleting or modifying column headers. Use named ranges and structured tables to maintain formula integrity.
