Formulas:

  • Auto-increment Client ID: Use the formula =IF(A2="", MAX(A$1:A1)+1, A2), applied starting in cell A2, with a header row (A1) labeled "Client ID".
  • Last Contact Date Validation: Conditional formatting rules will highlight cells if the date is older than 90 days.

Conditional Formatting:

  • Cells in the “Status” column change color based on value:
    • Active: Green background
    • Inactive: Red background
    • On Hold: Yellow background with orange text.
  • If “Last Contact Date” is older than 90 days, the entire row turns light red and displays a warning icon (⚠️).

Sheet 2: Service Log (Interaction Tracking)
