- Target Days per Week (Number): Numeric value indicating how many times per week you aim to complete this habit.
Daily Log Sheet
This is the core tracking sheet where users record their progress each day. It uses a table structure with dynamic date-based columns.
- Date (Date): Automatically filled as the calendar date (e.g., 05/21/2024).
- Habit Name (Text): Pulls from the "Habits" sheet using a data validation dropdown.
- Completed? (Yes/No): A simple checkbox-style column with Yes or No entries.

Dashboard Sheet
