The Service Catalog sheet contains a lookup table with columns: Service ID, Category, Description, Standard Rate, and Tax Code.

Formulas Required

• =VLOOKUP(ServiceID, ServiceCatalog!A:D, 3, FALSE) – To auto-populate the description from the catalog.
• =B2*C2 – For total amount per line item.
• =SUM(D2:D10) – Grand total of all line items.
• =E2*(F2/100) – Tax amount based on rate percentage.

User Instructions

1. Enter your home management business name, address, and contact information in the header section of the Invoice Template.
2. Use the Service Catalog sheet to define or update standard service rates regularly.
3. In the Invoice Template, select a Service ID from dropdown (linked to catalog) or enter new ones manually.
4. Fill in quantity, and let formulas auto-calculate totals and tax amounts.
5. Set due date; the system will automatically flag status via conditional formatting.
6. After issuance, log payment details in the Payment Log sheet to update the Dashboard.
7. To generate a new invoice: copy the Invoice Template and rename it with a unique ID (e.g., INV-2024-103).
