Conditional Formatting
To enhance readability and urgency at a glance:
Overdue Tasks: Red fill with white text for any row where Status is "Overdue" (applied via conditional rule using formula: =Status="Overdue")

Completed Tasks: Green background with strikethrough text (via: =Status="Completed")

User Instructions
Open the template and enable macros if prompted (optional but recommended).
Enter new maintenance tasks in the "Maintenance Log" sheet.
Select a Category from the dropdown to ensure consistency.
