Conditional Formatting Rules
- Overdue Tasks: Highlight rows where Due Date is earlier than TODAY() AND Status ≠ Completed (Red fill).
- Pending High-Priority Tasks: Yellow fill for tasks with Priority = High and Status ≠ Completed.
- Status Indicators: Color-coded cells: Green for "Completed", Orange for "In Progress", Gray for "Not Started".
- Last Updated Time (Recent Changes): Light blue fill if Last Updated Date is within the last 24 hours.
- Gantt Chart Bars: Color-coded based on status: Red (Overdue), Yellow (In Progress), Green (Completed).
User Instructions
