Formulas Required

The following formulas are implemented across the sheets:

  • Status Column (Inventory Master List): =IF(Current_Stock_Count <= Reorder_Point, "Low Stock", IF(Current_Stock_Count = 0, "Out of Stock", "In Stock"))
  • Days Since Last Restock (Restock Alerts Sheet): =TODAY() - Last_Restocked_Date

Conditional Formatting Rules

To enhance usability and visual clarity:

  • Low Stock Status: Highlight cells in yellow if status is “Low Stock”.
  • Out of Stock Status: Apply red fill and bold text for items with status “Out of Stock”.
  • Aging Restocks: If "Days Since Last Restock" exceeds 60 days, highlight in orange.
  • User Highlighting: Color-code entries based on who last updated (e.g., Jane = Blue, Tom = Green).

Instructions for Team Use
