Sheet Names and Purpose

Inventory Log: Detailed tracking of all items in stock including item name, category, quantity, reorder thresholds, last restock date.
Chore Schedule: A calendar-based chore chart displaying daily or weekly assignments for team members with status indicators (Pending/In Progress/Done).
Team Assignments: Centralized list of team members, their roles, contact information, and assigned responsibilities.

Chore Completion Rate:=COUNTIF(Status_Column, "Done") / COUNTA(Status_Column) (formatted as percentage).
Auto-increment Item ID:=IF(A2="", MAX(Item_ID_Column)+1, A2), where A is the Item ID column.
Days Since Last Restock:=TODAY()-Last_Restock_Date (for monitoring aging stock).
Highlight Low Stock Items: Use conditional formatting rule with formula:

Conditional Formatting Rules
Inventories: Red fill for “Out of Stock”, yellow for “Low”, green for “In Stock”.
Chores:
Red text: Status = "Pending" and Priority = "High"
Purple background: Assigned To field left blank
Green checkmark icon: Status = "Done"
Dashboards: Traffic light indicators (red/yellow/green) based on completion rates and stock thresholds.
User Instructions
Download the Excel template titled "Inventory Control Chore Chart - Template Version.xlsx".
Enable editing to access formulas, dropdowns, and macros (if applicable).
Navigate to the Team Assignments sheet and enter all team members with their names and roles.
In the Inventory Log, begin adding items using the template structure—ensure you define a Reorder Threshold for each item.
In the Chore Schedule, assign tasks to team members using the dropdown list. Update status daily or weekly.
The Main Dashboard updates automatically based on data input and formulas—review it every Monday morning for planning.
To generate a report, go to the Reports & Analytics sheet and use the built-in pivot tables or filter options.
Note: This is a "Template Version"—do not delete any default sheets. Use new sheets only if extending functionality.
