This is the central repository for all inventory items.
- Item ID (Text/Number): Unique identifier for each product.

- Unit of Measure (Text): e.g., Each, kg, liter, pack.
- Current Stock Level (Number - Integer): Real-time count in inventory.

- Lead Time (Days) (Number): Expected days to receive new stock after order.
- Purchase Cost per Unit ($)(Currency): Average cost from suppliers.

- Profit Margin (%): = (Total Revenue – Total COGS) / Total Revenue.
- Days of Inventory (DOI): = Inventory Value / (Total COGS / 30).

Formulas and Automation
- Dynamic Lookup (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP): Used to auto-populate descriptions, costs, and prices from the master list.
- SUMIFS & COUNTIFS: Used for financial aggregation based on date and category filters.
- DATEDIF: Calculates lead time duration between ordered and received dates.

Conditional Formatting Rules
