  • Determine Status: =IF(G2<=H$1, "Low Stock", IF(G2>=I$1, "Overstock", "Normal")) where H1 and I1 are reorder and max threshold values from Master List.

Conditional Formatting

  • Stock Alert Rules: Red fill for New Stock Level below Reorder Point (e.g., < 5), Yellow for between reorder and max, Green otherwise.

User Instructions
