  • Project Progress: =COUNTIF(Task Status Column, "Completed") / COUNTA(Task Status Column) * 100
  • Total Active Projects: =COUNTIF(Status Column, "<>Completed")
  • Last Used On: Use VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP to pull the most recent Project ID from the Project Tracker when an item is assigned.
  • Budget vs Actual: Color-code cells using conditional formatting based on whether actual spend exceeds budget.

Conditional Formatting Rules

  • Overdue Projects: Highlight rows where Due Date < TODAY() and Status ≠ Completed (red fill).
