Formulas Required (Shopping List & Dashboard)

In Shopping List Sheet:=IF([@[Current Stock Level]] <= [@[Reorder Point]], "Yes", "No") — Flags items needing restocking.
Determine Order Quantity:=IF([@Need Reorder]="Yes", [@Recommended Order Quantity], 0)
Calculate Total Cost:=[@Order Qty] * [@[Unit Cost]] (where Unit Cost is pulled from Inventory Master).
Sum Total Budget for Orders:=SUM(ShoppingList[Total Cost])
Conditional Formatting Rules
To enhance visibility and quick decision-making, the following conditional formatting rules are applied:
Low Stock Alert (Red Background): Highlight cells in "Current Stock Level" where value is less than or equal to Reorder Point.
High Demand (Green Background): Items with high recommended order quantity (> 50) are highlighted in green.
Reorder Flag (Yellow Font): Items marked for reorder have yellow text for quick visual scanning in the Shopping List.
Budget Threshold Warning: If total order cost exceeds a predefined budget (e.g., $1,000), trigger red fill.
