Table Structures and Columns

The primary table structure is located on the "Daily Inventory Log" sheet. It includes the following columns:

Displays “Low Stock” if ending stock ≤ reorder point; “Normal” otherwise.

The "Product Master List" contains: SKU, Product Name, Category, Reorder Point, Unit Cost, Supplier Name (for traceability), and Minimum Order Quantity.

Conditional Formatting

• Low Stock Alerts: Red fill with white text for rows where Status Alert = “Low Stock”.

This example shows a laptop model with 15 units at the start of day, received 8 more, shipped out 12. The ending balance is only 11 units—below the reorder point of 10—triggering an alert for immediate restocking.
