Conditional Formatting
- High Overtime Hours: Highlight rows where Overtime Hours > 10 with red fill and bold text.
- Net Pay Above Threshold: Flag Net Pay values above $8,000 in yellow to identify high earners.
- Inconsistent Data: Apply green highlight to cells where Total Deductions exceed 35% of Base Salary.
- Duplicate Employee IDs: Use data validation and conditional formatting to flag duplicates in the Employee ID column.
User Instructions
