Conditional Formatting Rules
- Due Date Alert (Red): Highlight cells in the Due Date column if the date is within 3 days of today.
Rule: Formula = (Due Date - TODAY()) <= 3 AND (Due Date - TODAY()) >= 0 - Status Color Coding:
- Not Started → Light Gray
- In Progress → Yellow
- Completed → Green (if Actual ≥ Target)
- Completed (Below Target) → Orange
- KPI Achievement Rate Heat Map: Color scale from Red (<60%) to Green (>95%). Apply to the Achievement Rate column in Dashboard.

Instructions for the User (Employee View)
