- "Completed" → Green background
- "Overdue" → Red text and bold

- "At Risk" → Amber/yellow
- "Behind" → Red - Due Time Column:
Highlight any task with Due Time before current time and Status ≠ Completed in red.
Instructions for the User
- Open the template daily. Begin by reviewing all KPIs on the Daily KPI Tracker sheet and identifying which require attention.
- Add new tasks to To-Do List (Daily). For each task related to a KPI, enter it in the table with accurate priority, due time, and relevant KPI ID.
- Update status throughout the day. Change from “Not Started” → “In Progress” → “Completed” as work progresses. Use Actual Completion Time for accuracy.
- Review dashboard updates automatically. The KPI Performance Dashboard updates in real time based on your input, showing trends and completion metrics.
- Use the Instructions & Guide sheet for troubleshooting or understanding formula logic if needed.
- Schedule a daily review at end of shift. Analyze what was completed, what was delayed, and adjust tomorrow’s tasks accordingly.
