CONDITIONAL FORMATTING
- Next Maintenance Due: Highlight cells in red if due within 7 days, yellow for 8–14 days, green otherwise.
- Scheduled Arrival Date: Red background if past date and status is "In Transit".
- Status Column: Color-coded: Green (In Use), Orange (Under Maintenance), Gray (In Storage).
- Risk Rating: Red for "Critical", Orange for "High", Yellow for Medium.
USER INSTRUCTIONS
