FIELDS AND FORMULAS REQUIRED

• Scheduled Arrival Date: =[@Departure Date] + [@Transit Time (Days)]
• Asset Utilization Rate: Calculated on Dashboard using: Count of assets in "In Use" status / Total assets.
• Status Alert Logic: Conditional formula to flag entries where Next Maintenance Due is within 14 days.

CONDITIONAL FORMATTING

• Next Maintenance Due: Highlight cells in red if due within 7 days, yellow for 8–14 days, green otherwise.
• Scheduled Arrival Date: Red background if past date and status is "In Transit".
• Status Column: Color-coded: Green (In Use), Orange (Under Maintenance), Gray (In Storage).
• Risk Rating: Red for "Critical", Orange for "High", Yellow for Medium.

USER INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add New Assets: Use the Asset Register sheet. Fill in all fields, especially Asset Type and Acquisition Date. The system auto-calculates Next Maintenance Due.
2. Schedule Movements: Go to Deployment Schedule. Select an asset from the dropdown, enter departure and transit times. Status updates automatically based on dates.
3. Update Maintenance: Use the Maintenance Tracker sheet to log services. When updated, it auto-reflects in the Asset Register.
4. Review Dashboard: Check KPIs weekly. Use filters to drill down by location or asset type.
5. Data Backup: Save a copy before major edits. Use "Save As" with date stamp for version control.
