- Status Changes: Auto-color cells based on status: Red (Delayed), Yellow (In Progress), Green (Completed).
Instructions for the User
- Open the template and save a copy with your team name or project ID.
- Add Team Members: Update the "Assignee" dropdown list under Formulas → Data Validation.
- Add New Tasks: Type task details in the table starting from Row 2. Use auto-generated Task IDs for consistency.
- Set Due Times: Enter times in 24-hour format (e.g., 13:45) to ensure accurate tracking.
- Update Status: Change status via dropdown as each chore progresses.
- Prioritize Work: Use "Priority" field to highlight critical logistics operations (e.g., customs documentation, last-mile delivery).
