INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USER (Employee View)
- Login/Select Name: Open the template and select your name from the dropdown in cell B1 of the main sheet.

- Update Progress: Once a task is finished, change its Status to "Completed" and enter the Actual Time Spent.

- Save & Share: Save the file as "MonthlyPlanner_Employee_YourName.xlsx" and submit it to your supervisor by the 3rd of each month.
