INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USER (FREELANCER)

As a freelancer, your marketing assets are your intellectual property. Track them like inventory: create each asset once, repurpose it across campaigns, and document every cost and result. Start by filling out the Asset Inventory with everything you’ve created—from Canva templates to blog posts. Link them to campaigns in the Campaign Tracker as you launch them. Log every dollar spent in Budget & Costs—even $5 for a stock photo matters! Update Performance Log weekly using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or UTM tags. Use the Dashboard to see at a glance which campaigns are profitable and which assets are underutilized. Archive outdated assets instead of deleting them—you might reuse them later. Update the Notes & Resources sheet when you onboard new tools or freelancers.
