Instructions for the User
Step 1: Begin by entering all your marketing assets in the Asset Inventory sheet. Include everything: cameras, laptops, email lists, logos, website domains. Assign an ID to each.
Step 2: Log every marketing activity — even small ones like posting on Facebook — linking it to the asset used via its ID.
Step 3: Record actual costs and outcomes in the Cost & ROI Tracker. If you spent $10 on promoted posts and gained 20 leads, enter those numbers.
Step 4: Review the Dashboard weekly. If an asset has low utilization (red highlight), brainstorm new ways to use it.
Tip: Use this template every quarter to assess which assets drive the best ROI — and retire or replace underperformers.
