Instructions for the User (Team Use)
This template is optimized for collaborative use. Each team member should:
- Update only their assigned assets under “Owner” — do not edit others’ rows unless authorized.

- Add new assets using the pre-formatted row template at the bottom of Asset Inventory — do not insert rows manually.
