- Overdue Submissions: Red text if status is “Pending” and date is older than 7 days.
Instructions for the User
- Log in daily and update new expenses under "Bills & Expenses". Always select Campaign Name from the drop-down to ensure correct budget allocation.
- Before submitting any expense, verify it aligns with your approved Marketing Plan objectives. Unapproved expenses will delay reimbursement.
- If you exceed 80% of your budget for a campaign, the dashboard will alert you—contact your manager before proceeding.
- Upload receipts via company portal and reference the receipt ID in the Description column (optional but recommended).
- Update “Status” to “Submitted” after uploading documentation. Change to “Approved” only if you are a manager reviewing submissions.
- Check the Employee Dashboard weekly to track your spending trend and ensure you remain on budget.
