  • In the Budget Allocation sheet: =SUMIFS('Bills & Expenses'!G:G, 'Bills & Expenses'!C:C, A2) calculates total actual spend per category.

  4. Approve expenses promptly: Managers must review submissions within 24 hours and update “Approved By” and “Approval Date.”
  5. Update Campaign Log weekly with metrics like leads, conversions, or social engagement to enable ROI tracking.
  6. Never edit the Dashboard or Reports sheets—they are auto-generated. Only edit data in “Bills & Expenses” and “Campaign Log.”
