Conditional Formatting Rules
- Budget & ROI Sheet: If Actual Spend > 90% of Budget → background turns orange.
- Campaign Tracker: If Status = “Completed” and Conversion Rate > 8% → green highlight.
- Client Summary: If Status = “Paused” → red text, if “Completed” → grayed out row.
User Instructions
How to Use This Template:
- Begin by entering all client information on the “Client Summary” sheet. Each client must have a unique Client ID.
- For each marketing campaign, add a row in “Campaign Tracker,” ensuring the Client ID matches an existing entry.
- Update actual spend, leads generated, and status weekly. The system automatically calculates conversion rates and budget alerts.
- Use dropdowns for consistency—never manually type values where a dropdown exists.
- The “Dashboards (Client View)” sheet auto-populates from the other sheets. This is the version you share with clients—no formulas or behind-the-scenes data visible.
- For feedback, use the “Feedback & Notes” sheet. Attach documents via hyperlink if needed.
- Do NOT edit protected sheets unless you have editing rights. Protecting these sheets prevents accidental deletion of formulas.
