Formulas Required

  • On the Budget & Spend Sheet: Use SUMIF to auto-calculate actual spend from the Campaign Tracker sheet based on channel.
  • On the Campaign Tracker Sheet: Conversion Rate = (Leads Generated / Total Clicks) * 100 — formatted as percentage.
  • On the Client Overview Sheet: Churn Rate = (Clients Lost This Month / Total Clients at Start of Month) * 100.
  • ACV (Average Client Value): =Total Monthly Revenue / Number of Active Clients.
  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): =Total Marketing Spend / New Clients Acquired.

Conditional Formatting

  • Campaign Tracker: Highlight rows where Conversion Rate < 2% in red; > 8% in green.
  • Budget Sheet: Apply color scale to Variance column: negative (red), zero (yellow), positive (green).
  • Monthly Activities: Color "Overdue" status cells in dark red, "Completed" in light green.
  • Client Overview: Flag clients with 3+ overdue activities as “At Risk” using icon sets (red warning triangle).

User Instructions
