Formulas Required
- On the Budget & Spend Sheet: Use SUMIF to auto-calculate actual spend from the Campaign Tracker sheet based on channel.
- On the Campaign Tracker Sheet: Conversion Rate = (Leads Generated / Total Clicks) * 100 — formatted as percentage.
- On the Client Overview Sheet: Churn Rate = (Clients Lost This Month / Total Clients at Start of Month) * 100.
- ACV (Average Client Value): =Total Monthly Revenue / Number of Active Clients.
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): =Total Marketing Spend / New Clients Acquired.
Conditional Formatting
- Campaign Tracker: Highlight rows where Conversion Rate < 2% in red; > 8% in green.
- Budget Sheet: Apply color scale to Variance column: negative (red), zero (yellow), positive (green).
- Monthly Activities: Color "Overdue" status cells in dark red, "Completed" in light green.
