Conditional Formatting Rules

  • Clients Status: Red if “Lost,” Green if “Converted,” Yellow if “Contacted.”
  • Last Contacted: Highlight in orange if older than 30 days.
  • Budget Tracker: Red rows when actual spend exceeds budget allocation (linked via VLOOKUP from Campaigns sheet).
  • Follow-Ups Status: Red if “Missed,” Green if “Completed.”

Instructions for the User

  1. Begin by entering your existing clients in the Clients sheet.
  2. Create marketing campaigns in the Campaigns sheet and assign a budget.
  3. Record all expenses under Budget Tracker as you spend them — link to campaign ID.
  4. When you generate a lead from a campaign, update its Client Status and reference the Campaign ID in that client's row.
  5. Schedule follow-ups for each client in the Follow-Ups sheet; use the Dashboard to see upcoming tasks.
  6. Review the Dashboard weekly: check ROI, conversion rates, budget utilization, and pending actions.
