Conditional Formatting

  • Campaign Status: Green for Completed, Red for Canceled, Yellow for Active.
  • Lead Status: Blue = New/Contacted; Green = Qualified/Proposal Sent; Gray = Closed Lost; Purple = Closed Won.
  • Budget vs Spend: Red fill if Actual Spend > Budget by 10% or more.
  • Overdue Follow-ups: Red text and border if Next Follow-up is before today’s date.
