Formulas Required
- In Daily Planner, column F uses a simple SUM formula (
=SUMIF(A:A, TODAY(), F:F)) to calculate daily time spent. - In the Dashboard, cell B2 uses:
=COUNTIFS(DailyPlanner!E:E, "Completed") / COUNTA(DailyPlanner!E:E)for completion rate percentage. - Campaign budget utilization is calculated in Dashboard cell C4 using:
=SUMIF(CampaignTracker!A:A, DailyPlanner!C:C, CampaignTracker!D:D) / SUM(CampaignTracker!D:D) - Auto-population of Campaign dropdowns uses Data Validation with Source: =CampaignTracker!$A$2:$A$100
- Date auto-fill in Daily Planner uses:
=TODAY()as default, with a button macro to increment to next day.
Conditional Formatting
- Status Column (E): Green for “Completed,” yellow for “In Progress,” red for “Not Started.”
- Date Row Headers: Highlight weekends in light gray.
- Time Spent (F): Cells over 3 hours turn orange to flag potential burnout or inefficiency.
- Campaign Tracker Status: “Closed” campaigns appear with strikethrough text and pale background.
