Formulas Required

  • In the Daily Tracker: =SUMIF(DailyTracker[Team Member], [Current Team Member], DailyTracker[Time Spent (hrs)]) – to auto-calculate individual weekly hours.
  • In the Weekly Summary: =AVERAGEIFS(DailyTracker[Leads Generated], DailyTracker[Date], ">="&StartOfWeek, DailyTracker[Date], "<="&EndOfWeek) – calculates average leads per day.
  • In the Budget Overview: =SUMIF(DailyTracker[Channel], E2, DailyTracker[Budget Spent ($)]) – sums spending by channel dynamically.

Conditional Formatting
