CONDITIONAL FORMATTING RULES
- Status Column (Inventory_Master): Red fill if "In Repair" or "Retired", Green if "Available", Yellow if "Checked Out".
- Next_Maintenance_Due: Red highlight if date < TODAY().
- Return_Deadline (Campaign_Allocation): Orange fill if date = TODAY(), Red if past today.
- Equipment_Name in Dashboard: Bold and larger font for items with "Overdue Maintenance" tag.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USER
Employee View Guidelines:
- Update only the Status_Updates sheet when you check out or return equipment. Do not modify Inventory_Master directly.
- Select your name from the dropdown in Status_Updates — this ensures accountability.
- If an item is damaged, select "Damaged" and describe it clearly in Notes. The manager will be notified via email if linked to Power Automate (optional).
- To request equipment for a campaign, fill out the Campaign_Allocation sheet with your Campaign_ID and Equipment_ID.
- Check the Dashboard_View daily to see what’s available, overdue, or assigned.
- Do not delete rows. Use filters to hide completed campaigns or retired items.
