Employee View Guidelines:

  1. Update only the Status_Updates sheet when you check out or return equipment. Do not modify Inventory_Master directly.
  2. Select your name from the dropdown in Status_Updates — this ensures accountability.
  3. If an item is damaged, select "Damaged" and describe it clearly in Notes. The manager will be notified via email if linked to Power Automate (optional).
  4. To request equipment for a campaign, fill out the Campaign_Allocation sheet with your Campaign_ID and Equipment_ID.
  5. Check the Dashboard_View daily to see what’s available, overdue, or assigned.
  6. Do not delete rows. Use filters to hide completed campaigns or retired items.
