USER INSTRUCTIONS

1. Weekly Update Deadline: All equipment must be logged by Friday EOD each week.

2. Check Master List First: Always verify Equipment_ID exists in the Equipment_Master_List before logging a new checkout.

3. Mark Damaged/Lost Immediately: If equipment is damaged or lost, update Status_at_Checkout and notify marketing manager within 24 hours.

4. Use Dashboard for Planning: The Weekly_Summary_Dashboard shows which equipment is most heavily used — inform your next Marketing Plan accordingly. For example, if drones are in use every week for aerial content, consider budgeting for additional units.

5. Do Not Modify Master List Without Approval: Only the Equipment Manager may edit the Equipment_Master_List. All additions or disposals require a change log ticket.
