Conditional Formatting Rules

  • Over Budget (Red): Cells in “Actual Cost” column where value > “Budgeted Cost” are highlighted red.

  • Overdue Campaigns: Status = “Overdue” triggers red text and strikethrough.
  • Employee Contribution Badge: Cells with employee name matching current Excel user (via GET.CELL or VBA) are subtly shaded light blue for personal visibility.

Instructions for the User (Employee View)
