- Habit ID: Number (auto-increment)
- Habit Name: Text
- Category: Dropdown list: Social Media, Email Marketing, Content Creation, Networking, Analytics Review, Ad Optimization
- Target Frequency/Week: Number (1–7)
- Mon–Sun: Dropdown with options “✓” (completed), “✘” (missed), or blank
- Total Completed: Calculated via SUM function counting “✓”
- % Achieved: Formula: =Total Completed / Target Frequency

Formulas Required

  • Total Completed (Column I): =COUNTIF(E3:M3,"✓")
  • % Achieved (Column J): =IF(F3=0,0,I3/F3) — ensures no divide-by-zero error.
  • Weekly Progress (Dashboard): Averages all % achieved across habits: =AVERAGE(J3:J15)
