Formulas Required

  • In the Goals sheet, “Completion %” = =IFERROR([@[Current Value]]/[@[Target Value]], 0).
  • In Campaign Tracker, “Conversion Rate” = =IF([@Number of Leads]=0, 0, ([@Number of Leads]/[@Impressions])*100).
  • In Budget Sheet, “Total Spent to Date” uses a SUMIF formula: =SUMIFS([Amount Spent], [Category], [@Category]).
  • “Remaining Budget” = Allocated Budget minus Total Spent to Date.

Conditional Formatting

  • Goals Sheet: Completion % below 30% → Red fill; 30–75% → Yellow; above 75% → Green.
  • Campaign Tracker: Negative ROI (Revenue < Cost) triggers red row highlight.
  • Budget Sheet: Remaining Budget below 10% of allocated budget → Red text on orange background.

Instructions for the User

How to Use This Template:

  1. Start by defining your top 3–5 marketing goals in the Goals sheet. Be specific and measurable.
  2. Record every marketing activity in the Campaign Tracker—even small ones like posting a Facebook story.
  3. In Budget & Expenses, log all out-of-pocket costs. This helps you calculate true ROI.
  4. Update your progress weekly. The Dashboard auto-updates with charts and summaries.
  5. Use dropdowns to ensure data consistency (enable Data Validation).
  6. At month’s end, review the Dashboard to determine which channels gave you the best return—and double down on them next month.
