  • Total Revenue: =SUMIFS(D:D,E:E,"Income")

User Instructions

Step 1: In the “Marketing Campaigns” sheet, define all campaigns with accurate IDs, budgets, and channels.
Step 2: In “Income Statement”, enter each financial transaction (revenue or cost) linked to a Campaign ID and Month. Ensure Type is correctly labeled as Income or Expense.
Step 3: The template auto-calculates ROI, totals, and net profit. Review the Summary & Charts sheet for visual insights.
Step 4: Update monthly. Use drop-downs to maintain data integrity. Avoid manual entry in calculated columns (F–G on Income Statement).
Tip: For multi-channel analysis, filter by “Channel” in the Summary sheet.

Example Rows

Income Statement Example:

Campaign ID: CAM-001Month: 2024-06Type: ExpenseAmount: -$1,500
Campaign ID: CAM-001Month: 2024-06Type: IncomeAmount: $8,250
Campaign ID: CAM-012Month: 2024-06Type: ExpenseAmount: -$3,000
Campaign ID: CAM-012Month: 2024-06Type: IncomeAmount: $7,567

Result for CAM-001 ROI = (8,250 - 1,500) / 1,500 * 100 = 450% → highlighted green.
