Conditional Formatting Rules

  • ROI > 50%: Green fill in column F of “Marketing Activities”
  • ROI < 0%: Red fill in column F to highlight unprofitable campaigns
  • Costs exceeding budget by >20%: Orange border on cost cells in “Income Statement” (compared to budgeted values in Column E)
  • Net Marketing Profit negative: Large red text font and bold style on cell B17

Instructions for the User

Step 1: Enter the reporting period in cell F1 of the Income Statement sheet (e.g., “Q3 2024”).
