Conditional Formatting
- Red Fill: If “Remaining” = 0 or “Status” = “Expired.”
- Yellow Fill: If “Remaining” ≤ 10% of original quantity.
- Green Fill: If status is “Active” and actual impressions ≥ projected.
- Bold Text + Red Border: Items with expiry date within 7 days.
Instructions for the User
Step 1: Populate the “Settings” sheet with your campaign names, asset types, and team members. This ensures dropdowns in other sheets work correctly.
Step 2: Add each marketing item to the “Product Inventory” table. Fill all mandatory fields: Name, Type, Quantity, Cost.
Step 3: Link each inventory item to a campaign using the “Campaign ID” column (see Campaign Links sheet).
Step 4: After deploying assets (e.g., printing banners or launching ads), update the “Usage Log” with Date, Item ID, Location, and Units Used.
