- If today’s date is within 7 days of Expiry Date → Orange Highlight on Expiry Date cell.
Instructions for the User
- Start by entering your marketing assets under “Marketing Inventory.” Assign each to a campaign in “Campaign Tracker.”
- Update “Campaign Tracker” with goals and actual results weekly.
- Log content releases on the Content Calendar.
- Enter revenue generated (manually) on the Budget & ROI sheet. This can be from sales, sign-ups, etc.
- The Dashboard auto-updates daily based on your entries. Review it every Friday.
- When an asset expires or is used up, change its Status to “Expired” or “Used.”
