User Instructions
For Startup Teams: This template is designed for lean marketing teams. Before using:
- Set up your assets first: Enter every digital file (PDFs, images) and physical item (flyers, pens, stickers) into the Inventory Sheet. Assign unique IDs.
- Track every campaign: When launching a campaign, link it to one or more assets from the inventory. Don’t guess — log everything.
- Update weekly: Even if you spent $0, update “Actual Spend” and “Leads Generated.” Data accuracy is key for pivoting.
- Use the Dashboard: Check it every Monday. If your inventory shows low stock of brochures AND your CPL is high, you may need to shift from print to digital.
- Reorder early: Physical assets take 7-14 days. Set reorder levels conservatively.
