Weekly Marketing Plan Invoice Template

This Excel template is specifically designed to integrate the strategic objectives of a Marketing Plan with the financial tracking mechanics of an Invoicing System, updated on a Weekly basis. It enables marketing teams to not only plan campaigns and allocate budgets but also track actual spending, client billing, revenue generation, and ROI metrics—all within a single dynamic workbook. By merging these functions into one weekly cycle, marketers gain real-time visibility into campaign profitability and cash flow efficiency.

  • Budget_Allocation – Defines planned spending across channels (Social, Email, PPC, Events) for the week.
  • Campaign_Performance – Records KPIs and results tied to each invoice and marketing initiative.
