Instructions for the User

1. Begin each quarter by selecting the correct Quarter (YYYY-Q) from the dropdown on the Dashboard.
2. Populate all new marketing activities in the Marketing Activities Log. Use dropdowns for Objective, Channel, and Status to maintain consistency.
3. Input actual spend in the Budget Tracker sheet weekly; these values will auto-populate into the main log.
4. Update “Last Updated” automatically — do not manually edit this column.
5. Review the Dashboard weekly for red/orange indicators indicating underperforming or over-budget activities.
6. At quarter-end, complete the Quarterly Review Summary by answering: What worked? What didn’t? What should we change next quarter?
7. Archive completed quarters by copying data into the Historical Archive sheet using “Paste Values” to avoid formula conflicts.
8. Never delete rows in the logs — instead, mark as “Cancelled” and add notes explaining why.
