Marketing Plan Payroll Dashboard View Excel Template

This Excel template is a unique, hybrid solution designed to merge the strategic goals of a Marketing Plan with the operational precision of a Payroll system, visualized through an intuitive and data-rich Dashboards View. Unlike traditional templates that treat marketing budgets and employee compensation as separate entities, this template integrates them to enable real-time tracking of how marketing-related payroll expenses directly impact campaign performance, ROI, team productivity, and overall business growth.

Sheet Structure

The template contains five interconnected sheets:

  • Dashboard – Central visual hub with charts and KPIs
  • Marketing Campaigns – Lists all active and planned marketing initiatives
